Concept Shape works with leadership to ‘operationalise’ strategy and enable them to make things happen.

New strategies are expanded to include a holistic design, a delivery framework and a pragmatic implementation timeline.

Services can be delivered in three ways:

Advisory: we work with your team as an external adviser to provide experience and know-how. Whilst no projects are alike, typical support includes problem analysis and resolution; business requirements definition; and management of change.

Interim: we work as part of your team to provide flexible resource to boost capability and increase capacity to meet challenging timescales.

Non-Executive: we work as part of your leadership (Non-Executive Chair and Directorship) to provide strategic, independent and objective input during periods of major change – for example – during acquisition, venture capital deals and business turnaround.
